Who Are Some Of The Most Famous Celebrity Ghosts?

Some of the most famous celebrity ghosts are Tupac Shakur (2 Pac), Michael Jackson, Elvis, and Marilyn Monroe.

Celebrity Ghost #1: Michael Jackson

Our first celebrity died in Los Angeles in 2009. Michael died from a combination of sedatives, propofol, and anesthetic. The death was actually ruled a homicide in 2011 by his personal Dr. He was convinced of involuntary manslaughter.

Where has Michael Jackson’s ghost been seen?

Michael’s ghost is said to reside in his infamous neverland ranch. It’s said to have his “presence” there. Here is a quote from India today.

“Local people say Jackson’s spirit has been haunting his estate since he died. Investors and visitors considering buying the property are warned that workers on the ranch have claimed the King of Pop haunts the premises,” a source said.

Celebrity Ghost #2: Marilyn Monroe

The blonde bombshell and paramour to JFK was found dead in 1962. She was found on her bed with a phone in one hand and her bottle of anti-depression pills scattered all over the room.

After a brief investigation by the LAPD, her death was ruled a suicide.

There is some speculation that she was killed by the secret service to cover her affair with JFK.

During the filming of the biopic “Blonde,” the actress Ana De Armas, that portrayed the iconic blonde, said, “I truly believe that she was very close to us. She was with us.”

The Cuban-born actress Ana de Armas continued, “I think she was happy. She would also throw things off the wall sometimes and get mad if she didn’t like something,” she told reporters.

“Maybe this sounds very mystical, but it is true. We all felt it.”

Celebrity Ghost #3 Whitney Houston

The singer with the nickname “the voice” suddenly passed in 2012 in Beverly Hills at the age of 48.

According to the 42-page coroner’s report, there was a cocktail of prescription and nonprescription drugs in her system when she died, including cocaine.

There was also water in her lungs that matches her drowning in her hotel room. Some kind of inebriation from heart disease led to her drowning.

Where has Whitney Houston’s ghost been seen?

There have been several reports of Whitney’s ghost since her passing.

An actress from Sherlock stayed in the same room where Whitney died and said she got a vibe, and it was really scary.

Her mother said that the night she died, her doorbell did not stop ringing, and she has occasionally felt her presence since then.

And lastly and perhaps most dubiously, Bobby Brown claims to have been with Whitney’s spirit.

Celebrity Ghost #4 John Lennon

In 1980 John Lennon was famously shot dead in public at the age of 40.

His killer Mark David Chapman shot Lennon in front of his friends and family after Lennon gave him an autograph that day.

Chapman blamed his assassination on one of my favorite books, “The Catcher In The Rye” calling Lennon a “P\phony”.

Lennon was memorialized in strawberry fields, a section across the Dakota in New York that rests on Central Park.

Where has John Lennon’s ghost been seen?

This experience is from the Exemplore.

“In 1983, three years after his death, two residents of the building, Joey Harrow and Amanda Moores saw John Lennon standing in the doorway where he had been assassinated. Bathed in an eerie light, John appeared deep in thought, perhaps contemplating the utter futility of his passing.” After that, his love also saw him

“ Yoko Ono also witnessed the ghostly image of her husband in the apartment they once shared. Seated at his grand piano, he turned to his wife and comforted her with the words, “Don’t be afraid; I am still with you.”

Celebrity Ghost #5 Tupac Shakur

Tupac died in 1996 of a gunshot wound. Long story short, a rivalry between biggie and Tupac led to both rappers’ death. The killer was never caught.

Tupac was in a car with Suge Knight, the head of Death Row Records when a white Cadillac pulled up on them and shot 12 times.

Tupac caught 4 bullets, and Suge was grazed in the head.

Suge rushed Tupac to University Medical Center, but after emergency surgery, he still died from his wounds.

It truly is quite a tale, but there have been many conspiracies behind this hit. One of the most ridiculous to me is that Suge was behind it.

Where has 2 Pac’s ghost been seen?

One of the most prolific rappers of the 90s may have visited one of the most prolific rappers of our time, Kendrick Lamar.

Kendrick claimed in Rolling Stone-

“He had been visited in his sleep by the ghost of the legendary Tupac Shakur. Lamar spoke of the incident to Home Grown Radio, recalling how Shakur’s silhouette came to him and said, “Keep doing what you doing, don’t let my music die.” This experience later inspired the closing song to To Pimp a Butterfly, titled “Mortal Man,” in which he samples his real-life interview with the fallen rap legend in 1994.”

Celebrity Ghost #6 Kurt Cobain

The rock star died at the age of 27 in 1994.

The death was ruled a suicide. He took his own life with a shit gun after leaving a note. He struggled with drug use and had demons.

This death is also filled with conspiracy, I don’t necessarily believe the ruling of his death. Neither here nor there *cough*

Where has Kurt Cobain’s ghost been seen?:

It is true that Kurt did kill himself in the greenhouse of his Seattle home. There have been lots of connections to suicides leading to hauntings, and this may be another in the column to ink the connection.

From the Enquirer

“It’s a hard sell,” said a local real estate source. “Too many people believe his spirit still occupies the place!”

“Kurt was a tortured soul, especially at the time of his death,” said a music industry insider. “His spirit, I believe, haunted the house! And I believe his wife, Courtney Love, knew it.”

Celebrity Ghost #7 Elvis

Elvis died in 1977. The king was only 42 when he died of a heart attack.

Elvis’ health declined because of a prescription drug habit, and he lived a nearly reclusive lifestyle in the latter years of his life.

Where has Elvis’ ghost been seen?:

According to wide open country

People have seen Elvis since his death, and even his wife is convinced that he lingers.

“Apparently, visitors have caught glimpses of Elvis’s face in glassed casings around the house or even felt his presence next to the closet of his famous jumpsuits. It’s also rumored that you can hear his singing from the second floor of the mansion, which is kept private for the family and is not open to patrons at all.”

“In fact, it’s not just visitors. Priscilla Presley told The Guardian, “… His spirit is communicating to me. When I go to Graceland, my gosh, I can walk in that door and see him walking down the stairs; I can hear laughter; I can hear the music playing in the music room. It’s a very surreal feeling. But it’s not scary; it’s beautiful.”

Celebrity Ghost #8 Amy Winehouse

Amy passed away at 27 in 2011:

Amy’s bodyguard has been at the house the day before. He reported that she had been having a good time laughing and being bubbly.

She had been out late, and he again reported seeing he at 2 am watching tv. The next morning around 10, he checked her.

He couldn’t wake her but thought nothing of it because she had been up late, and that was normal.

He checked again at 3 pm, and after not getting a response, he checked her pulse. After not finding one, he called the medics, and at 3:54, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Quote from the corner

The report released on 26 October 2011 explained that Winehouse’s blood alcohol content was 416 mg per 100 ml (0.416%) at the time of her death, more than five times the legal drink-drive limit. According to the coroner, “The unintended consequence of such potentially fatal levels was her sudden death

Where has Amy Winehouse’s ghost been seen?:

From the India Times, Amy’s dad reports seeing her spirit frequently.

“We do have our moments, particularly on her birthday, September 14. It’s hard. After three years, I was thinking maybe that one day she will come back in some shape or form, and she does come back — not physically, but spiritually — all the time. I could not begin to tell you how much she is around.”

He continued

“There are lots of strange happenings. Her spirit comes and sits on the end of my bed. She just sits there, and it looks just like her with her beautiful face, and she looks at me. I say to her, ‘Are you all right?’ because I get nervous about her being there. But it is comforting in a way to know she is here and around me.”

Celebrity Ghost #9 Heath Ledger

From All That’s Interesting.

“The 28-year-old had just finished his role in the dark knight and was dwelling on the character still. However, his personal life was falling apart. He was suffering from insomnia, and he had just gotten out of a relationship.’

He was also still really in the mindset of the Joker.

In an interview with Ledger, he said, “I sat around in a hotel room in London for about a month, locked myself away, formed a little diary, and experimented with voices”

He died from a cocktail of medication, specifically “acute intoxication”.

Where has Heath Ledger’s ghost been seen?:

The place where Heath died, his SoHo Manhattan apartment, is haunted by his spirit. From insider quote

“I hear noises — strange noises at night that scare me,” the unnamed woman claimed. “I just say to myself that it’s the wind or the street noise, but it is very scary to me.”

Another one backed up the claims, adding that she also heard a creepy familiar laugh as she walks by the house after her late-night shift at a restaurant.”

Apparently, the woman often hears what sounded like Heath’s laugh as the Joker in the movies.

“I hear laughing, but it’s not the joyful sort,” she noted. “I’ve seen the movie, and if I told you that the laughing didn’t remind me of the way Heath sounded as The Joker, I’d be lying, as crazy as that sounds.”

Celebrity Ghost #10 Lucille Ball

The 77-year-old died in 1989 from an abdominal aortic aneurysm. She woke up in pain in her back, passed out, then never woke up. Not much to it.

Where has Lucille’s ghost been seen?

Ball’s home was sold after her death, and the new owners decided to remodel a lot. This has been known to kick up paranormal activity. This is maybe why the quote from House Beautiful.

“Sightings include reports of unexplained broken windows, loud voices coming from the attic, and furniture moving around the home. While it could’ve been another ghost, there was one eyewitness who said he saw Lucy visit the property after her passing:

A friend of Lucille’s drove past the property to see the home one last time. Walls were missing, and he could see Lucille’s old bedroom. He then noticed a tall, slim redhead peering through the fence at what was left. She turned toward him, and he realized it was Lucy. She looked upset and confused. She then walked around the south corner of the house and disappeared.”

He had lung cancer and passed from that disease.

Where has Monet’s ghost been seen?

The Cleveland museum was closing its exhibition with Painting the Modern Garden: Monet to Matisse.

Quote from ARTnews

“This man resembling Claude Monet was seen peering down into the lower lobby outside the special exhibition hall”

Kelley Notaro, a communications associate with the museum, told TODAY.com.

“This snapshot taken by a staff member is not retouched or Photoshopped. And we have heard from others that they’ve seen the man, but there hasn’t been a confirmation of his identification!”
